A Project Senior BIM Coordinator for Omnix International Dubai. I am a Civil engineer offering 9 years’ of experience in Building information modeling field (BIM). My current role involves Implementation, coordination, QA/QC, modeling, production, trainings for the project delivery team and information delivery all in the environment of BIM.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist Revit modelers in preparation of modelling & MTO 2. Provide technical guidance to Revit Modelers 3. Create the 3D Structure & Architecture model 4. Coordinating with other service disciplines 5. Preparing Material take off (MTO) from 3D model 6. Preparing model families and annotation families 7. Checking Clash detection in Navis works manage 8. Create 3D simulation with time liner in Navis works manage
Assist CAD technicians in preparation of drawings and data collection
Create the 3D Structure & Architecture model as per site location and coordinates
Extracting the views plans, sections from 3D model
Coordinating with other service disciplines for concurrence
Preparing Material take off (MTO) from 3D model
Preparing model families and annotation families
Checking Clash detection in Navis works manage
Create 3D simulation with time liner in Navis works manage
• Starting stage of this concern got an opportunity to learn about post tensioning method of construction.
• Prepared reinforcement cum PT detailed shop drawings for various types of commercial IT buildings using auto cad.
• During this period nearly seventy five projects are handled all over in India.
• Prepared detailed estimation and valuation of individual buildings using build super-fast application (using DSR standard).
• Prepared auto cad drawings for tender proposals.
• Taking measurements for completed civil works like building construction, interior works, external works, and furniture works etc., and entering actual measurements in M-book and submitted for approval.
• Prepared rate of analysis for various civil works using DSR (Delhi Schedule of Rates).
• Attended complaint calls from various departments in IT madras and maintaining the complaint register book as well as attending the complaints onsite and assigned the works for various licensed contractors.
• Started my career as a draughtsman by AutoCAD 2000.
• Prepared individual residential drawings including plan, elevation & Section for the construction.
• Prepared reinforcement detailed drawings for foundation, column, beams & slabs.
• Prepared detailed estimation of individual buildings.
