Production Planning / Manufacturing Engineering
* Overseeing production planning to increase machine up time & equipment reliability; thereby accomplishing planned production targets within budget.
* Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and developing guidelines for sequencing of manufacturing activities (Standard Operating Procedures)
* Preparing punch list for erected equipments, preparing tender documents, safe work practice & providing operation training to operators.
* Handling operations for improvement in existing products based on market trends and requirements.
* Executing cost saving techniques & measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures and work within the budget.
* Interacting with customers and ensured high quality service to all customers resulting in customer satisfaction.
Operations & Process Management
* Heading operations ensuring timely accomplishment of production targets within the time and cost parameters.
* Taking stringent quality measures, including preparation of necessary documents (Process Control Plan, Manufacturing plans) to ensure compliance with standards & requirements.
