● Co-ordinate the all rotating jobs in PC, Phenolic and EC/DMC plants.
● Conduct everyday safety-tool box meeting and give instruction for every jobs.
● Follow the everyday job cards getting from planning and fill up the job cards as per job done.
● Distribute the manpower as per jobs like extruder and pelletizer overhauling, conveyor and bucket elevator jobs, agitator pm, Pumps and compressor overhauling and alignment.
● Overview the jobs after completion and Conduct inspection with RSD.
● Give the training to the workers for every jobs
● Conduct internal Inspection with Main Contractor and Coordinate inspection of client.
● Familiar with inspection procedures and practice, project quality control, departmental practice and standard procedures and other applicable.
● Preparing RFI for daily Inspection activities
● Keep the signed RFIs in System wise and keep all the soft copies.
● Give the instruction to the construction team to follow the procedure and standard of the client.
● Prepare the RFI and Conduct inspection for Structural items.
● Witnessing the erecting of equipment and make sure the item erected as per the drawing.
● Maintenance of Cooling Towers like changing gear boxes, angle setting of blades, oil seal changing and sprinkler changing.
● Maintenance job in turbines.
● Familiar with incinerators’, effluent treatment plant, water treatment plant jobs.
● Overhauling and assembling of blower.
● Expert in LASER (Optaalighn) alignment and rivers alignment.
● PM jobs pumps, Gear boxes and turbine.
● Assisting with online sealing team.
● Overhauling and box up of u tube type heat exchangers.
● Assisting with inspection group on vessel inspection.
● Conducting hydro test and iris test for heat exchangers.
● Supervising hydro jetting group and rigging group.
● Arranging permits for vehicles and all over the jobs.
● Shutdown works in Demine vessels.
● Changing resins, nozzles and removal of rubber lining.
● Utilizing the manpower in proper way.
● Arranging the confirmed space entry permits and manages the all job in safety.
● Supervising the new rubber lining jobs.
● Make prier inspection before loading the resin and after the box up for leakage of resin
● Overhauling of Steam turbines. Mitsubishi, Dresser-Rand
● Overhauling of Reciprocating Compressors
● Overhauling and Maintenance of Agitators, Screw feeders, extruders, Blowers,
● Overhauling and Alignment of various types of Pumps.
● Various jobs in cooling fans Like Pm, Changing the bearings and belts and also checking for Vibration.
● Overhauling of FD/ID fans
● Overhauling of Gear box.
● Remove and install new fin fans.
● Follow the PM chart for all equipment
● Do the maintenance of Bucket elevators, Rollers and Conveyor belts.
● Receive the permit from the operation
● Keeping the Work History
● Conduct the Inspection of rollers and conveyors.
● Report the all the daily activities
● Prepare the maintenance schedule..
