CERC is a non - profit healthcare center in Kuwait that supports financially disadvantaged families in Kuwait (including expats and stateless patients) by providing free of charge healthcare services to children with developmental delays.

• Organise workshops and other events, and hold presentations meant to train journalists on using International Humanitarian Law as a source for their analysis and reporting. In addition, moderate discussions over humanitarian issues.
• Manage the social media account and website page of the delegation.
• Prepare all the proposals and reports related to public communication activities of the delegation and media readouts of the political and economic scenario of the GCC.

Key Achievements:
• Developed a media campaign for the 25th anniversary of ICRC in Kuwait and the GCC which included TV interviews and live coverage, press and social media coverage and TV/press interviews with the support of social media influencers.
• Managed the “Women in War” project, in collaboration with HH Sheikha Intisar Al Sabah’s team, to raise awareness on the cause and promote ICRC’s efforts on the ground, with a specific focus in this area.
• Established a strong partnership with KUNA and coordinated regional workshops to journalists (from Kuwait, UAE, and Saudi) on International Humanitarian Law.
• Increased the twitter account followers by more than 300% (from 237 followers to above 1300 followers)
• UAE: Established a relationship with Sky News Arabia, Al Arabiya, several newspapers in the UAE (including WAM), and social media influencers such as Jessica Murr.
• Kuwait: Developed the delegation’s relationship with all the newspapers in the country, radio stations, several TV channels (Al Rai, KTV 1, KTV 2, and Al Majles), and several social media influencers (Raza blog, Arwa Al Waqaian, Dahem Al Qahtani, Nouf Al Moudhayan, Abdullah Bouftain, Omar Al Othman, Ping Q8, Lana Al Rasheed, and CEE Kuwait)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Providing much-needed information about the leadership and individual giving market in Kuwait.
• Supporting Abu Dhabi office in managing various VIP accounts and activities in the region as well as identifying potential VIP donors in Kuwait.
• Supporting Public and Private Sector Partnerships account managers in Abu Dhabi in creating, updating, compiling and recording cultivation plans for priority prospects and donors.
• Preparing, drafting, and shaping project concept notes, proposals, grant narratives and progress reports, as well as grants agreements in English and Arabic.
• Supporting Public Information and Private Sector Partnerships colleagues to develop donor recognition and acknowledgment tools for leadership giving donors.

Key Achievements:
• Developed an annual strategy for the PSP Department in Kuwait (including the annual budget, KPIs, and cultivation plans)
• Managed and established the foundation of the Private Sector Partnerships Department in Kuwait office.
• Temporarily managed the UN in Kuwait social media platforms till the position was filled.
• Initiated partnerships with Zain Telecom, Agility, HH Sheikha Intisar Al Sabah, and Al Ghanim Industries (with a specific focus on Omar Al-Ghanim) and handled the accounts successfully.
