During my time as a restaurant supervisor in our food group, I was responsible for various duties.
I have developed an effective leadership style by practicing what I preach and developing proper
communication skills, offering training and development chances, cultivating team spirit, taking
informed choices, making optimum use of resources at hand, attaching the greatest importance to
customer care and adjusting to change.
As part of being a waiter, I confidently dealt with customers’ complaints and concerns, served specialty
food at their tables presented bills, and accepted payments in various forms such as cash, credit or
debit cards, travelers' checks, or room billings. I was responsible for describing menu items, including
daily specials, providing expert menu advice to customers, and efficiently clearing and cleaning tables,
trays, and chairs
