Prepares and submits periodical compliance report to Royal Commission i.e., Wastewater and cooling Seawater, Facility Compliance Status, Waste Audit, Noise Monitoring, Hazardous Material Inventory and Fugitive Emissions.
Prepares and submits Annual Environmental Metrics to CpChem Environmental Corporate Office the Annual Waste disposal and cost, Water consumption, GHG (CO2) and criteria pollutants emissions from PCC air emission sources (e.g. Boilers, HTF Vaporizers, electricity generators, firewater pump diesel engines, and other point sources)
Conducts periodical audits and inspections to Hazardous Material Storage Areas and Satellite Waste Accumulation Areas at Conversion and Nylon Plants.
Coordinates the transport and disposal of municipal waste, hazardous waste and non-hazardous industrial waste from all PCC plants with the Waste Management contractor.
Reviews Safety Data Sheets, approves New Chemicals introduced to the plants and uploads SDS electronic copy to the PCC SharePoint.
Supports all plant Commissioning and Start-up and project safety programs (e.g. SANDS, TENETS OF OPERATION, LIFE SAVING RULES, SUMMER OF SAFETY, etc.) and its objectives.
Understands Operation Excellence System (OES) roles and responsibilities and carries them out as needed to meet plant OES goals and objectives
Participates in the assigned Mechanical Completion, PSSR and MOC reviews, meeting, and actual walk-down and provides support to the Commissioning and Startup activities.
Works with plant personnel to identify, develop, and deliver the environmental practices, procedures, and training needed to address waste management and wastewater/ storm water/cooling water disposal in accordance with company policies as well as RC permits and regulatory requirements.
Reviews company policies, RC permits and regulatory requirements to identify, specify and RFQ Owner cost and service items.
Supports project construction as determined by PMT.
Supports preparation of the application for the EPO.
Provide technical assistance for environmental engineering projects and services if required.
Lead teams and formulate plans for performing stack testing projects, including management of project staff, liaison with clients, reporting, and maintenance of project records.
Oversees operation and maintenance of the company’s incinerator plant continuous emission monitoring system (CEMS).
Prepares Technical and Commercial proposals for all air monitoring projects as required, including technical specifications for materials, equipment and services.
Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual Environmental Data Management Report as required by Royal Commission and PME in KSA.
Manages and processes environmental data for our internal Continuous Emissions Monitoring System at Incinerator Facility.
Carries out Fugitive Emissions Monitoring within the Hazardous Waste Landfill and Incineration Facility of BeeA’h.
Conducts internal noise monitoring and ambient VOCs monitoring around the fence line of BeeA’h.
Conducts pretest survey / ocular inspection of Point Emission Source at the facility of prospective clients in Saudi and gives essential recommendation.
Ensures quality of air sampling and analysis with the application of US EPA Test Methods.
Calibrates air sampling equipment periodically.
Assists Industrial and Corporate clients with their permit application and compliance with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources environmental requirements in the Philippines.
Attends and participates in Technical Conferences at Department of Environment and Natural Resources Environmental Management Bureau if required.
Performs quality assurance check on AMBIENT and SOURCE Emission Test with the application of US EPA Test Methods.
Prepares Ambient and Source Emission Test Technical Report after completion of priority projects.
Supervises team leader and field technicians during field assignments.
Responsible for the provision of absorbing solution for field use and sample recovery.
Conducts pretest survey / ocular inspection on the Point of Emission Source of various companies for first-timer and renewal of Permit to Operate.
Calibrates air sampling equipment with Team Leader and does inventory periodically.
Recommends effective solution to technical problems encountered before, during and after the emission test.
