1. RESPONSIBILITIES
To prepare, implement and evaluate a Marketing Communications Plan, which gains maximum exposure to the target audience in accordance with the hotel’s positioning strategies.

2. LEADERSHIPS
~ Build teamwork and enhance the team’s commitment to their work and the hotel.
~ Delegate appropriate responsibility to others based on their ability whilst ensuring they have sufficient authority and resources.
~ Communicate the vision and brand personality to the team and ensure it is integrated in the department’s business practices.

3. BUDGETING & FINANCE
~ Prepare the annual business plan for the department.
~ Monitor the department’s budget and proactively implement corrective action
where necessary.
~ Control cost whilst ensuring guests get value for money.
4. COMMUNICATIONS
~ Communicate effectively within the organization at all levels using the most appropriate communication method for the matter concerned.
~ Conduct regular brief, concise, well-prepared departmental meetings and ensure follow up.

~ Adjust to changes in job requirements and the hotel’s operational strategies to
meet business needs.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES
~ To assist Director of Sales in creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the hotel’s image and position within the market place and
the general public and facilitate internal and external communications and material including publications, media relations and client’s acquisition and so forth.
~ To ensure articulation of the hotel’s desired image and position, assure consistent communications of image and position throughout the hotel and assure
communication of image and position to all constituencies, both internal and external.
~ To assist Director of Sales in managing editorial direction, design, production and all publications.
~ Act as the hotel’s representative with the media.
~ To coordinate the appearance of all the hotels print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochure, etc.
~ To leads as assigned, such as cause-related marketing and special events.
~ To ownership and management of Customer Experience including design &
aesthetics, contents, navigation's, performance, functionality.
~ Ownership and management of internet marketing including social media integration.
~ Ownership and management of SOE measurements and monitoring methodologies.
~ Provide SEO/SEM/PPC and internet marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiative.

2. PUBLICATIONS (Media Printing, Media Electronic, Website & Social Media)
~ To establish a hotel presence on the right platform of Medias (Printing, Electronic and Website) in line with the marketing strategy and compliant with brand DNA.
~ To define the Social Media in line with the key marketing objectives; Value proposition, Targets, Channels, Activities, Partnerships, Resources & Reviews.
3. GUEST SATISFACTION (TrustYou/Guest Satisfaction Survey & Online Reputation Review)
~ To submit TrustYou on time. Responsible in responding the survey.
~ To submit monthly analysis for all HODs to make action plan. To prepare monthly presentation during HOD’s meeting if needed.
~ Monitor review written by guests on review website (number & quality).
~ Implement corrective action to improve touch points with low scores, in coordination with Guestbook/TrustYou and all department concerns.
~ To answer reviews in a timely and appropriate manner (refer to Guideline).
4. DIRECT SALES (Contribution of Direct Sales Production)
~ To support regional, cluster and property marketing initiatives with e-marketing components.
~ To translate worldwide and regional tactical campaigns on wed relay platforms.
~ Provide tracking, analysis and reporting on the effectiveness of all e-programs: e- marketing promotions, PPC, SEO, email, listing, links, banners, etc.

5. HOTEL BRAND PHILOSOPHY (Understanding Product Knowledge, Selling Points, Price Positioning, Brand Positioning and Competitive Sets)
