Responsibilities Includes the following.
* Preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual of
financial statements.
* Managing Tadawul (Stock market) reporting requirements.
* Liaison external audit for quarterly and annual consolidated
financial statement.
* Managing treasury functions.
* Prepare Cash flow on weekly and monthly basis for higher
management.
* Ensuring that all matters pertaining to applicable taxation in
kingdom (VAT, Zakat)

National Marketing Company is subsidiary of IKK Group of Companies which is
one of the largest conglomerates in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NAMAT is
extensively occupied in the business of supplying building materials since its
inception.
Responsibilities include the following.
* Manage major area of Accounts payables (Prepare Suppliers Ageing,
suppliers reconciliation and ensure timely payments to the suppliers.
* Manage with treasury department to ensure sufficient funds position is
in line with approved and budgeted cash flow.
* Prepare full set of financial statements on monthly basis. Prepare MIS
pack on monthly basis for management reporting by reviewing the
accounts of trail balance in detail to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
* Manage closing process smoothly in liaising with the finance team and
strictly meet the deadlines.
* Liaison with external and internal auditors to ensure audit requirements
provided to the auditors on timely basis by ensuring accuracy and
completeness.
* Complete review of Final draft share by the auditors to ensure accuracy
before signing the financial statements.

Responsibilities include the following.
* Keeping track of correspondence with the bank and preparing required
documents (projected financial statements) regarding loan and lease
applications.
* Responsible for reviewing and preparing all payments to suppliers
through various modes, including SABB online.
* Entering said payments in Microsoft Dynamics AX to ensure accurate
accounting records with viable trails for external and internal auditors.
* Activating and managing the company’s bank account, including
providing the supporting documents as needed.
* Monthly Reconciliation to Bank account and vendor.
* Key User in implemented new system.
* Responsible of Payroll in the new system from A to Z.
* Prepare full set of financial statements on monthly basis. Prepare MIS
pack on monthly basis for management reporting by reviewing the
accounts of trail balance in detail to ensure accuracy and
completeness.

Responsibilities include the following.
* Evaluation of investment funds and prepares reports rate performance.
* Recording the accounting entries in accounting program.
* Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly investment fund reports for
Capital Market Authority.
* Laison with the External Auditor for the issuance of the financial
statements.
* Work in three system: Business Key, Omni Enterprise, and Ethix-
Phoenix-Business Object.
* Control all system transaction to ensure GL balance are 100% accurate.
* Worked as (MASTER USER) in the investment system (Ethix) and the
finance system (Phoenix) to build a chart of account as well as to test
the program with all its possibilities and modify it as needed to match
the nature of our business.
