- Welcomes Patients by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

- Arranges appointments via phone and confirms the accordingly .

- Receiving the patient and registering them in the Electronic Medical Record System .

- Translate languages for the patient’s.

- Review the Rota schedule on a daily basis.

- Handles faxes, emails and most of communications

- Responsible in answering and directing incoming calls.
- Billing the patient’s based on the doctor’s order and the prescription ( Cash / Cheques)

-Deposit Cheques to the Bank.

- Organizing and maintaining forms and office stationery required for front desk activates

- Managing and Administrative work.

- Assisting and handling with requirements for the chairman.

- Assisting and handling medical requirements and medical staff.

- Assisting and Handling Pre and Post follow up operative care.

- Assisting and Handling the patients complication, complain and feedback.

- Coordinating with documents requirement for all the medical staff.

- Explaining and helping patients with all the pre operative instructions and procedures details.

- Translating medical documents from Arabic to English.

- Translation needed for medical a patient who requires translating to English or French during their consultation.
