Responsibilities :
•Present monthly, quarterly, semiannual & annual financial reports of the business.
•Ensure effective cash management, maintain adequate liquidity to support daily operations through proper management of AR and AP accounts and coordinate with the supplies and any discrepancies in invoicing.
•Looking after the petty cash books of the firm.
•Preparing daily inventory reports.
•Preparing the cash flow and bringing into light the problems to the management.
•Prepare and analyze the Bank Reconciliation Stataments.
•Collecting and verifying the purchases against the invoices.
•Conducting random visits to the branches and stores to conduct quick investigation of any problems and give guidelines
•Handling the accounting data, carry out reconciliation, adjustments and rectifications as applicable.
•Preparation of Profit and loss A/c and other statements as required by the management.
