• Drive talent management initiatives, handles overseas recruitment - to India, Egypt, Nepal, Srilanka & Myanmar & Vietnam.
• Be the HR lead of absence management, disciplinary actions, grievances, redundancies, performance management amongst others
• Act as a specific HR contact for line managers, taking responsibility for analyzing problems and providing accurate and timely advice and solutions on an independent basis, calling for advice when necessary.
• Management and reporting of local employee metrics and analytics, including headcount movements/transfers and separation process
• Provide first line HR advice and support to staff and managers on HR policy, procedure and legislation. Providing information and guidance to all employees and managers on company policies and procedures
• Admin related works-letter issuance, assists in UAE labour/visa processing & payroll process. Well versed in UAE labour law & manage a team of 2 HR assistants

Training chores
• Drive Induction and orientation to the new hires for both Spinneys & Waitrose supermarket staff.
• Monitoring the customer feedback and meets with managers and supervisors to assess training needs for the operational staff.
• Conducting training programs like customer service and specialist trainings as per the requirements.

• Developed and implemented a new screening method, to have quality personnel for the retail operations.
• Developed an assessment tool for evaluating the performance of staff in Warehouse and Distribution.
