2. Partnership Management (Government, Associations, Media)
Researching media outlets relevant to the industry of the show and setting up deals to ensure maximum exposure at lowest/no cost to the show budget.
The scope of partnerships also includes management of industry associations, government bodies, show sponsors and key exhibitors.

3. Collateral Production and Management
Coordination, design, production and maintenance of all marketing collateral, including brochures, print advertisements, web banners, emails, etc.

4. Analysis and Reporting
Analysis of all campaigns deployed - offline and online through preset KPI's and producing reports for internal teams and external parties.
Types of reports - Post Show Reports, Sales Brochures, Sponsorship Brochures, Campaign Results and Conversions

5. Sales Support
Support the sales team with adhoc requirements of reports and focused sales campaigns through marketing channels.

6. Vendor Management
Management of third-party vendors for the show including deliverable timelines and payments.

7. Onsite
Assist in different areas like visitor management which might include analysis and re-marketing to no-shows, onsite partner management, conferences and any other ad-hoc work as required.
