Manage Unilever’s packaging artwork in accordance with the Artwork Excellence model, utilizing the BLUE System Software
Working jointly with a a dedicated artwork organization, PMA suppliers and common artwork process.
Responsible for driving quality and consistency of Unilever’s packaging artwork and ensure process efficiency from brief through 1st print run.
This role interfaces with Marketing and other cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, Regulatory, Packaging, QA as well as the Print Management Agency (PMA) to ensure on-time delivery of artwork while following the defined AW process.
Communicating directly with Marketing Project Owners forecast workload and manage artwork for the NAMET Regions.
Manage the PMAs in the region regarding process compliance and quality of delivery, as well as the design agencies for Master Design Toolbox training and compliance.
AW Performance updates at RCLT to Marketing via reports.
Responsible to work with the regional Artwork Process to rollout training related to the technical production process, BLUE, artwork process and also roles and responsibilities for the artwork community, and helping to ensure process compliance
