o Ensuring that clients’ needs are met in an efficient and proactive manner

Management, Human Resources and Finance o Successfully launched the Capital Club project and led the organisation in Bahrain for over one year o Responsible for all Human Resources functions o Management of $3.5 million annual budget Marketing and Communications: o Strategic development and implementation of an external marketing campaign to promote the organisation’s mission and purpose o Responsible for all written external communication. Business Development and Events Management o Developed the short- and long-term strategic plans for business development, member recruitment, and retention programs, specifically tailored for the various target markets and global economic conditions. o Developed member relationship strategies and external communications plans to ensure client satisfaction. In addition, developed a formalised feedback system to enable members to communicate with the Club in a systematic and documented manner. o Responsible for a unique and superior quality events program developed to meet the needs and interests of the members. Events have included international speakers such as Jose Maria Figueres (ex-President of Costa Rica) and a business forum led by the American Ambassador to Bahrain and Iraq on U.S. Foreign Policy in the Middle East VIP Networking and Public Relations: o Primary role was to be “the face of the Club in Bahrain.” Recruited for the purpose of proactively networking at a VIP level in the community to influence the most senior members of society, business, and government (VVIP’s) from the region to become members and to then build lasting relationships with them to maintain their satisfaction and to generate further business. Key contacts include members of the Royal Courts, ministers, ambassadors, and some of the region’s most influential business people o Represented the organisation at various high-level public and professional events as the key executive responsible for public relations and business development
