o Major Responsibilities include:-

 Bring new business and cross-sell other products of the bank.
 Prepare and support in client pitch presentations.
 Prepare & maintain the bank’s Global & Regional Financial Institutions knowledge base services.
 Prepare & maintain Account Plans for target Clients.
 Review applications for existing/new business and execute transactions.
 Maintain up-to-date credit, mandate and industry sector files.
 Preparing term sheets/ information memorandum/ invitation letters/ project appraisal reports
 Appraise, analyze, scrutinize and comment on all information received from client including but not limited to financial statements, management accounts, feasibility reports market research report, valuation report, business report, financial/legal/technical due diligence report…..etc
 Review financing documents in coordination with internal and external lawyers and operational desk
 Attend internal/external client meetings, conference calls and preparing associated meeting/call reports.
 Address day-to-day queries from clients and provide all Bank services
 Assist in attracting ancillary business by cross-selling the banks investment and retail products.
 Prepare statistic information related to the business unit.

Covering a wide range of FI portfolio across MENA, Europe and Americas
o Major Responsibilities include:-
 Monitoring, management and reporting of customer positions including excesses, and assess credit risk ratings and limit structure of Financial Institutions.
 Undertake risk analysis on new and existing transactions for customers primarily in Financial Institutions and with a particular focus on investment banking/ global markets and derivative products.
 Liaise with internal departments and potential clients to test and authenticate the information supplied with a view determining a sound credit opinion of the risks involved
 Detailed credit analysis of Financial Institution information including published and management reports, Financial Institution models and appropriate sensitivity scenarios as well as ongoing monitoring of the credit-worthiness of the portfolio
 Assisting in implementing and global reporting of KPIs.
 Process specific transaction requests related to new business received from clients via Branches/ Units and submits recommendation for senior management's approval.
 Verify IA Sanctions and advise approved facilities to respective Branches/ Units, vide allocation memos to act in a timely manner.

-Analyzing the financial statements of corporate clients for reviewing the credit proposals for new as well as existing corporate clients.
-Interacting with clients and internal departments to ensure that the assigned responsibilities are completed to the full satisfaction of the concerned parties
-Attending client queries to ensure smooth conduct of relationships within the policies, guidelines and parameters of the Bank.
-Complying with Bank’s Corporate Banking Group reporting requirements by compiling various reports on periodical basis or as and when required meeting MIS regulatory requirements.
-Managing the corporate relationships and taking full responsibilities in the absence of Relationship Manager.
