• Reading the specification, method of statement and follow at site.
• Check backfilling and compaction test used approval material.
• Check daily report received from main contractor.
• Verification of material delivery at site and store as per material approval request (M.A.R).
• Check and close Inspection &Test Request (I.T.R) as per approval shop drawing with the Q.C and Site Engineer.
• Issue Non -Conformance Request (N.C.R) and send to main contractor.
• Check any type of fresh concrete delivery at site and make the test.
• Supervision and controlling for concreting works during casting at site.
• Make trial mix of concrete at plant as per approval design mixer.
• Make test for steel reinforcement when delivery at site (chemical, physical and Elongation test).
• Responsible for execution of the activity in accordance with the project specification, safety requirement and approval method statement.

 Write job site instructions and send them to the contractor.
 Control of quality at the works as per the W.R.M and the owner of the villas approved.
 Give the order to the contract supervisor (engineers or foremen) to make or repair some works at the site.
 Follow up the works at the site in each villa step by step as the survey & scope of works guides.
 Work hard near the contractor to finish proper works using the approval materials.
 Responsible for checking all the civil works (internal & external works) at the villas from start up to finish the works.
 Responsible for the testing of the water proofing that make in the wet area and the roof.
 Prepare the snagging and give some comment to complete the works.
 Making the survey and scope of work in substitution with the civil engineer
