Strategic plans for the Clinic operations are developed and implemented for business progressions.
Annual budgeting exercise for manpower, capital and patient volume-revenue are managed efficiently.
Ensure quality accreditation standards are met and maintained.
Ensures that organizational values are reflected at all levels of Clinic administration and client satisfactions are set as a priority.
Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals
• Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed
• Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity
• Plan and manage the clinic’s budget
• Coordinate the training of new staff members • Actively investigate new business opportunities for the Clinics operations and expansions in line with Group mission.
Reporting to the Management for Clinic Work performance.
Ensuring maximum Revenue and EBITDA achievement.
All clinic outsourced contracts maintained and updated on contract register and renewal intimation to be sent to appropriate parties.
Commercial and healthcare licensed to be maintained and available for inspections by local governing authorities.
Audits are conducted to ensure that risk management is implemented. Risks are identified and controls are implemented.
