Description of Main Duties into Microsoft Dynamics: Supervision of daily operations and control into Microsoft Dynamics365 and maintenance; register statistical information related to production of products, separated by product, production stages and order from the start of the order to the time of delivery; make financial settlement with contractors, buyers and suppliers of parts and raw materials; provide accurate and timely financial reports within the framework of principles and acceptable standards of accounting, current rules and regulations and the relevant directives; make the required coordination with the subsidiary units of financial affairs and other companies or their representatives in the project.
Reporting of Microsoft Dynamics 365:
• Working with purchase and sale reports and other tax reconciliation reports
• Maintaining debtors' status reports evaluate with prepayments
• Prepare VAT report and declaration within the legal dead-line and follow-up for delivery of aforesaid items to the relevant authorities
• Working on financial which are required to stake holders and the senior managers, using Microsoft 365
• Prepared separate and statistical reports and the required comparative diagrams in every project on constant and case-by case basis, using Microsoft 365 Software
• Calculate and adjust the required reserve required at the end of financial period, such as personnel severance compensation, leave redemption, non-accrued expenses, etc.
• Maintaining warehouse activity reports related to stock in-out and inventory on hand status with physical and financial cost
• Prepare seasonal purchase and sale reports and other tax reports > Prepare timely reports on debtors' status of the company and prepayments > Prepare VAT report and declaration within the legal dead-line and follow-up for delivery of aforesaid items to the
