Responsible for ensuring Professional Services Delivery in the area of AIoT, Demand Planning, Governance, Customer Intelligence, Risk and Controls, Anti Fraud, Compliance, Anti Money Laundering for SAS Middle East key accounts across Saudi, Oman and Qatar covering the industry verticals of Oil and Gas, Banking, Retail, Telco and Insurance. Success rate of 100% in Project Implementation and 70-80% in bagging new execution orders by establishing good rapport with client stakeholders.

My role is to manage the IT elements of large, strategic, multi-project Strategic Initiates or Programmes. Therefore, it is a key role in managing initiatives that directly impact customer experience, sectors' revenue stream; and/or projects initiated to mitigate major risks. This role needs experienced communication with senior management including division and section heads; as well as with other PMOs and programme managers to collectively use resources among critical programmes. Since empowered to deliver major IT initiatives, I am accountable to Program steering committees as well as the IT Senior Management team.
Achievements:

- Brought down Account Opening, ATM Card Issuance and PIN Assignment cycle time per customer from 2 days to 20 minutes and single visit of Customer to a Branch through Instant Card Issuance
- Devised straight through Net Banking process reducing transaction cycle time from 2 days to 5 minutes, part of design team to ensure net banking session uniqueness and validation
- Handled SAS AML migration 3 times. Devised 40+ new AML scenarios. Introduced logical schema segregation for parallel alert generation for 5 countries.
- Devised 30+ newer Enterprise Anti Fraud scenarios covering Op Risk, Debit Card Issuer & Acquirer, Credit Card Acquirer responsibilities.
- Started my career as EDP Manager at Corporate EDP Centre
- Through successful implementation and roll out of Online Intra City bus ticketing and offline Inter City Bus ticketing and auditing solutions, brought down process improvement, reduction of around 40+ FTEs, capacity utilization and operations efficiency
- Evaluation and selection of any sort of resource (men & materials) related to the Corporate EDP, Management of all Corporate EDP Projects development, centralized/decentralized branch roll outs, support and enhancements, EDP Resource scheduling, Data Center Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Management, Senior Management Reports that were presented to Tamil Nadu State Transport Secretary/Minister.
