Involved in projects from the concept and detail of the design through to implementation, testing and handover. Designed Structures are primarily residential type which includes villas, Apartments but also Industrial structures. Responsible for all calculation and analysis performed to produce structural construction documents including reports. Part of a team that ensures a building is fit for purpose and adheres to the project budget and schedule. Other responsibilities include engineering estimates and proposals and site visits for observation, measurement and plan compliance.
As Project Engineer, responsible for project engineering reviews, studies and site investigations, Assist with engineering designs and liaise on technical approvals, perform of analysis and design of residential and commercial buildings including substructures, work with other Structural Engineers and designers on structural teams, Interacts effectively with engineers in all disciplines, drafters / designers, project management team, Site visit for compliance. Briefing CAD technicians and checking drawings. Inspecting works in progress or at completion for final compliance and quality assurance grading, Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications, providing support in the preparation of technical reports, cost estimates and contract documentation.
