8. Preparation of Property Price Index which would be shared with NHB
9. Preparation and circulation of Market Intelligence Reports to business team
10. Conceptualizing and aiding in upgradation of existing software for valuation in the bank
11. Review meetings with senior management, team and technical agencies
12.Technical clearance for all the projects as APFs (Advanced Processing Facility), ADFs (Advanced Disbursement Facility) and monitoring their progress till completion
13. Providing training to different departments (Mortgages Valuation team, Credit team, Business team, Operations team etc) about valuation as a whole
14. Educating team on types of frauds that are likely in this business and increasing their awareness on fraud prevention and control
15. Aiding Construction Finance team by providing them CF reports on a monthly basis
16. Recruitment of Technical Managers/ Technical Officers across the country which include campus as well as off campus
17. Recruitment of Technical Agencies (External Valuers) across the two states

1. Preparing master project control schedules for all the civil works, Power plant installations & Electro Mechanical works.
2. Updating the schedule and generating look ahead schedules.
3. Generating various ‘S’ curves and monitoring the progress.
4. Attending site progress meetings with E/E & reporting major issues of concern to the Management.
5. Making weekly and monthly progress reports and submitting them to the E/E.
Precast Construction of 12 (G+4) Buildings
1. Streamlining Logistics Manoeuvre - Restructuring stack-yard of about 54, 500 m2 areas.
2. Looking after planning & production of pre-cast construction panels and steel as per the construction sequence.
3. Handling timely delivery of pre-cast construction panels to the sites.
4. Maintaining coordination between site erection team and logistics department.
