Position Held : Turn Around Maintenance Planner.
Key Responsibilities : Planning and scheduling of Shutdown activities,
• Prepare detailed Integrated Schedule of shutdown jobs like Column, Pressure vessels, Absorbers, Heat Exchangers, Scrubbers, Gas Turbines, Centrifugal compressors of Inlet facility, Acid gas removal unit, De-hydration unit, Gas chilling and liquefaction, Refrigeration unit etc.
• Critical path analysis for Critical and Near Critical path items
• Job assessment at site and determine duration for each Activity with reference to Work Pack which consists of relevant Technical Specifications / Drawings / Check list etc
• Finalize Schedule and prepare required Look ahead/ Graphical Reports, Filers and Layouts.
• Issue daily, weekly and monthly schedules to Maintenance Department for execution of jobs at site as well as Welding Shop, Heavy Equipment Shop, Machine Shop, Electrical Shop, Rotating Equipment Shop, Civil work shop & Instrument Shop.
• Create & update Maintenance work order as per work request from operations.
• Prepare Monthly Preventive Maintenance List, Create Maintenance work orders for monthly PM and issuance of PM schedules.
• Prepare Material requirement list for Turnaround and Routine Maintenance as well as day to day jobs.
• Prepare Manpower Allocation reports for Shutdowns & Maintenance Departments.
• Initiate Maintenance work orders on terminal for Preventive, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance works as per Schedules

• Overhauling of Gearbox, removing the gear box, shifting to workshop, draining the oil from the gear box, cleaning all the components for further inspection. removal of coupling, bearing hub assembly, removal of shaft seal for the both DE and NDE side removing of warm wheel and warm shat, inspection of gear box if there any corrosion, if it’s any corrosion observed, same will corrected by getting recommendation from integrity. and once all cleaning completed will go for assembling the gearbox and shifting the same and fixing position and alignment to be done and handover to operation for trial run
• overhauling of boiler FD and ID fans, Blowers by removing the coupling in workshop and inspection of shaft if there is any corrosion, shaft run out to be carried out in v - Block, bearing to inspected by checking the bearing clearance, , inspection of fan assembly if there is any corrosion, once all the inspection was carried out, shaft and fan balancing to be done, if tis with in the limit. will go for assembling the components and fixing in position and alignment of pumps.
