• Develop & lead HSEQ programs for all the ground operations in alignment with customer mandated goals.
• Implement HSEQ systems & strategies, establish HSEQ objectives and metrics for all the ground operations, and implement sustainable changes to improve safety and quality performance and meet SLA parameters.
• Develop, review and implement HSEQ procedures according to ICAO & IATA standards requirements.
• Conduct Risk Assessment, and provide risk mitigation plan to ensure that all risks & hazards are safely mitigated.
• Analyse and report accidents/incidents, HSE statistics, and identify trends to develop/implement CAPA.
• Set up site teams and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managing performance and standards.
• Prepare checklists to ensure adherence to SMS & QMS by company staffs, including but not limited to NCRs, Inspection Reports, Monitoring & Equipment Plan, Environmental Compliance, Quality Control & Assurance Plan, etc.
• Ensure timely closure of all incidents/accidents & NCRs with detailed analysis report (RCA & CAPA) shared to all concerned.
• Oversee strict enforcement and continuous improvement of HSEQ compliances throughout the organisation.
• Ensure that the Emergency Response Plan are adequate and detailed to meet any possible contingency.
• Carry out of periodic inspections & audits to verify status of compliance with plans, standards, policies procedures, regulatory mandates etc., and drive efforts to close observations.
• Analyze safety statistics and quality trends to sustain a com¬prehensive system for loss prevention and QC.
• Implement and supervise, training programs to increase proficiency in safe practices & promote HSEQ awareness
• Create, update and distribute periodic operational updates like Ground Operations Manual (GOM), Safety Management System (SMS), Load Control, Emergency Response Procedures (ERP), Quality Assurance Manual (QAM), SOPs, Safety bulletins, Customer Service bulletins etc.
• Liaise with national and international regulatory agencies to secure necessary approvals.
• Generate and present weekly/monthly reports to Executive management in terms of incidents & accidents, audit reports, regulatory updates etc. to help management review strategy & action plan to improve operational performance.
✈ Graduation: Commerce Graduate from Andhra University, Andhra Pradesh, India in 2004. ✈ Computers HDSE - Higher Diploma in Software Engineering from (2 years course)
