Key Deliverables:
Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
 Support the HR BP in populating the Manpower planning template once approved by the Operations team.

Talent Acquisition:
 Handled recruitment for all levels and all functions. End to end involvement right from vendor evaluation & empanelment,
screening resumes, Interview coordination, preparing hiring documents, offer letter coordination, Visa coordination, on boarding
and induction.
 Ensured all new joiners are provided with joining and induction kit.
 Responsible for conducting Reference checks for all hires.
 Worked closely with the PR team to get people on board in less than 2-3 weeks from time of offer.

Employee Relations:
 Reviewing HR policies and procedures in compliance with the MINT policies.

 Log all employee requests using the HR value portal.
Performance Management
 Support HR BP in roll out of Corporate Performance Management System
 Compile training needs from the PMS forms to prepare Training Matrix.
 Ensured compliance to timely conduct of performance reviews and submission of results to corporate.
 Ensured 100% target achievement with regards to staff appraisals.
 Ensured all new employees are reviewed for performance on a timely manner.
 Responsible for issuance of probationary confirmation letters.
