Working on Exit 10 Al-HAMRA SEVEN Entertainment Project in Riyadh as Package
Manager for the External Work in 2 billion Project Budget.

• Supporting the client in formation of contract strategy for the procurement of subcontracts,
including bid evaluation and negotiations.
• Leading the construction team who is responsible for construction supervision and
compliance of all the contractors work activities.
• Implementing project quality management plans, ensure contractors compliance to the
projects requirements, including the IFC drawings, project specifications, Codes & standards.
• Managing performance of the contractors, project status, schedule, cost control, & change
management systems.
• Ensuring that all the people work at site have the required permits and licenses for their work
before initiating any activity.
• Responsible for an engineering team of Construction who will be reviewing and approving
the contractors submittals, technical queries, Field change documents and any other technical
documents including Drawings and As-Builts.

I worked as a Construction Manager on HCIS security systems for (RO) & (STP) Project on
JEC.
The Project Scope is to construct all infrastructure work such as utilities of buildings, Cabling,
Piping, gates, fences, roads, trenches and all the related security systems.
Supervising the project team to define the infrastructure needed for shared services.
Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are
designed and executed according to specifications and requirements. Participating in
developing the design plan for facility infrastructure.
Managing and coordinating the subcontractors and vendors and ensuring that all works are
performed in compliance with the contract. Conducting regular site inspections and safety
audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Developing and implementing construction methodologies to improve project efficiency and
reduce costs. Providing leadership and guidance to project teams, and mentor junior staff
members
Ensuring quality of workmanship, making judgments and solving problems, and taking
responsibility for health and safety on site.
Organizing human and material resources on site, ensuring that the project runs on time and
within budget.
Managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to
the highest safety and quality standards.
Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resources. Provide regular updates
to the project team and stakeholders.
Providing guidance and technical advice to the Construction Engineers, contractors and
monitoring their performance.

I was Work as a project Civil Engineer in Saudi Railway (SAR) Project in al
Qurayyat Passenger Station from 17/april/2013 until 3 1/Oct/2014, Then transferred to Ministry
of Interior (MOI) Project (KAP4) in Jeddah from 1/Nov/2014 until 9/May/2015.

I was Work as a site Engineer in (National Center for Security & Crisis Management)
Project from Aug. 2007 until Feb. 2008, then to UAE, after that come back to the
same project in Feb. 2009 until Feb. 2011, then transferred to another project
(Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in wadi al shallala ) on Feb. 2011 until April 2013
