• Responsible for the facilitation of the Pro-motional Review process, Contracts Management and serve as the liaison between product/brand managers and agency/ vendors.

• Working closely with Procurement and Finance for job orders, settling final invoices post events .
• Handling Logistics and administrative work in Marketing Activities of Conferences for both Local & International Congresses as well as Regional & Internal sales meetings.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department by preparing reports and handling information requests on Training and Soft skills.
• Perform a variety of duties to assist and support the Compliance Department and the business alignment by managing agreements for HCPs in accordance with Due Diligence, Cross-Border Activities, Fee for Services, Hospitality

My work provides high-quality authoritative research data to support requests from senior, regional and product line team managers.The research also supports data-driven deliverable s in response to customer needs, including in-depth complex information that identifies key industry players and trends in order to support strategic decision making.

• Responsible for sourcing, collecting, monitoring, assessing and analyzing market data to help develop market plans and support the growth plans and strategy of the company.

• Conduct market research to evaluate customer- competitor business flows, market penetration and identify and act on providing unique opportunities to the group.

• Verifying for accuracy of these Standing Settlement Instructions for Spot and future trades .
