•$3 B Transaction for an oil and gas asset acquisition and development project (active)- I worked on iterations of the transaction model, and prepared a comprehensive review report alongside a comfort letter

•Acquisition of two telecoms targets by a leading telecom company in Cameroun (Active) - I developed the transaction model, supported in preparing the information memorandum, carried out valuation of the target companies and determined a share exchange ratio

•$800 MM Transaction for a cable car project in Nigeria (active) - I developed a pitch book, worked on the transaction model, and prepared a comprehensive report and comfort letter for the transaction
