Job Function
Responsible for the overall distribution of all products related to the brands as per schedule with the same quality functions as per specs that were done with McDonald’s brand.

Responsible for the overall functioning of Operations, as well as assisting with Customer Service, QIP (Quality Inspection Process), DQMP (Distribution Quality Management Process), HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) in Kuwait which includes
Supply Chain Management (Logistics):
* Manage Strategic Delivery Schedule - Prepare delivery schedule on timely basis to 62 restaurants (and increasing) based on projections from McDonalds
* Plan Supply Chain - Demand & supply planning
* Manage Quality - Quality certificates, quality notifications (Non-Conforming Products), calibration of inspection equipment
* Manage Warehouse - Optimize pick face profile / operation planning, receive goods, pick-pack & compose consignments
* Manage Transport - Overlooking all activities for managing transportation within the Supply Chain (transportation to the customer, to and from the distribution centre)
* Control Execution Fulfillment -
Strategic monitoring / reporting - KPI’s, bench marking, best practices
Operational steering / monitoring - inbound / outbound etc.
* Service Policy - Right delivery service to the customer, right allocation of products & stock to all restaurants, obsolescence management.
* Set Goals & Objectives every year end and execute them as per plan
* Prepare CAPEX every year end
* Prepare budgeting of Headcount / Transportation every year end and review monthly
