Key Responsibilities:-
o Review all assets against contracts to identify any assets with no maintenance being undertaken.
o Analyse all maintenance contracts to determine extent of penalty exposure from non-compliance.
o Complete cost assessments against contracts & prepare variation claims.
o Prepare tender documentation, assess tender submissions, draft contracts, and meet with potential subcontractors & vendors.
o Negotiate and manage large scale contracts, striving for continuous improvement.
o Assists contractual negotiations of sub-contract agreements to align with commercial modelling.
o Identify opportunities to mitigate risks.
o Mentor & advice staff on commercial & contract matters.

o Ensure CAPEX & OPEX are effectively managed to deliver agreed outcomes,
o Oversee compliance & governance of ISO quality & safety standards,

o Maximise operational, procurement & contractual outcomes,
o Manage commercial risks & work place safety,
o Ensure CAPEX & OPEX are effectively managed to deliver agreed outcomes,
o Implement &oversee compliance with ISO quality & safety standards,
o Oversee project management.

Key Responsibilities (Commercial Manager):-
o Develop strong Contract Management procedures to:
o Effectively identify all scope of works & manage project deliverables,
o Evaluate head contract legal & commercial risks,
o Estimate, compile & maintain target cost estimates,
o Develop, analyse & maintain strong timely reporting outcomes to key stakeholders,
o Monitor & provide sound commercial advice to team members,
o Identify opportunities for cost savings & enhance efficiencies,
o Manage contract negotiation, procurement & sub-contractors.
o Achieve contract compliance:
o With the Main Roads Heads of Agreement Road Maintenance contract,
o With JV partner, suppliers, sub-contractors & consultants contracts (Including T&C’s),
o Oversee project management compliance.
o Manage commercial risks & compliance associated with program delivery including recording risks, prepare Risk Management Plans & strategies to mitigate risks,
o Implement cost management systems, procedures & controls,
o Experience in managing Opex, Capex, Cash Flow, Profit and Loss,
o Lead & mentor the commercial team & set clear strategies,
o Deliver commercial support to project managers efficiently & effectively,
o Financial management covering reports, variance analysis, estimating & financial modelling.

Key Responsibilities (National Finance Manager):-
o Provide effective leadership to the Facility Management business unit covering both commercial & financial areas of 10 FM companies,
o Prepare monthly financial reports & claims for Facility Management across Australia (Net Profit approx. $600k/Mth across 10 FM companies),
o Monitor & report on cost variances against budget & forecasts,
o Identify & implement strategies to manage businesses risks,
o Establish strong client relationships & networks,
o Review, manage & report productivity targets set across the FM businesses,
o Administer contract compliance across the various FM businesses,
o Implement & report on monthly business units KPI’s,
o Develop & implement strategies to enhance financial growth & expansion,
o Identify business development opportunities for Facility Management.

Key Responsibilities:-
o Provide decisive leadership, advice & mentoring to staff,
o Monitor staff performance & provided sound effective feedback against benchmarks,
o Oversee human resources & employment contracts,
o Manage the monthly financial, budget & asset mgt reporting against agreed targets,
o Create new financial performance KPI measures covering revenue generation, financial targets, & product sales,
o Negotiate marketing & franchise contracts,
o Drive business development & marketing strategies to grow the business nationally,
o Create & implement a 3 year strategic business plan for the business to establish clear direction.

Key Responsibilities:-
o Provide effective leadership & support to the company’s Directors & staff,
o Provide technical guidance to establish systems, processes to this start-up business,
o Prepare & present strategic commercial business plans with clear financial projections to establish clear corporate direction,
o Manage the financial, administrative & internal control functions,
o Business analysis reviews of potential projects,
o Negotiate, review & administer contracts,
o Negotiate on behalf of the company on all legal, administrative, financial, & strategic issues.
o Oversee & manage Research & Development projects,
o Review the businesses systems & processes,
o Prepare financial & management reports against budget & KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:
o Manage the school’s finance, banking & investment functions,
o Report to the Board on the schools financial performance,
o Comply with all Statutory Reporting requirements (FBT & GST),
o Establish & maintain an effective Governance function,
o Manage operation & financial risk,
o Oversee effective procurement strategies,
o Prepare annual, strategic Budgets & monthly reports for the Board,
o Prepare an Annual Report for the Board of Governors,
o Establish benchmarks to monitor performance (KPI’s),
o Oversee the HR function (salaries, recruitment, staff training appraisals).

Key Responsibilities:-
o Create a new public sector audit assurance division for the company,
o Contribute to the firm’s annual strategic planning sessions,
o Recruit, train, mentor & assess staff performance & productivity,
o Establish strong client relationships to identify business opportunities,
o Identify, prepare & submit winning tender submissions.
