 Architect and implement the physical and logical network topology as well as the infrastructure components required to support critical systems and applications. This includes physical & virtual servers, Windows Server operating systems, network communication bandwidth required, networking topology (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), EMC SAN(s), Hyper-V and etc.
 Lead the cost buildup of new systems during the proposal phase which will include all costs for hardware, software, labor hours required to implement the proposed architecture.
 Oversee and review team performance and contribution, ensuring the provision of premium services in line with company’s standard of excellence, facilitating weekly standups to convey strategies to ensure project/initiative success on across the board.
 Closely collaborate with clients, vendors, and team personnel to develop comprehensive Disaster Recovery strategy, developed company data center infrastructure focused upon data protection, engaging in project roadmap design and planning for roll out.
 Partnered with teams for installation and acceptance testing of new/upgrade software in addition to configuring a variety of servers, networks, and infrastructure equipment and peripherals.
 Properly size and procure all the infrastructure components. This includes determining RAM requirements, processor and throughput speed, disk space storage requirements for servers, SAN storage requirements, networking components, communication bandwidth, operating systems, virtual machine software and etc.
 Closely track and monitor Data Center and infrastructural performance, inferencing and implementing improvements to drive data integrity, recoverability, and protection.
 Champion end-to-end technical testing and solutions implementation in addition to writing MOP’s and SOP’s to govern infrastructure maintenance activities and operations.
 Define and set integration strategies and hardware/software testing concepts, developing appropriate solutions as necessary.

o Drove a 99% network uptime for 2018 to-date, implementing highly proficient and proactive Disaster Recovery strategies.
o Led plans and operations that ensured 24/7x365 Data Center operations and continuous maintenance/administration.
o Spearheaded creation of a detailed IT system migration plan to aid a key client in transition to a new data center.
o Provided team and other personnel with objectives-driven mentorship and guidance that substantially drove work quality.
 Engaged in daily administration and monitoring of Project Production Servers and network devices while engaging in comprehensive troubleshooting and issue resolution for network, Operating Systems, software solutions, and hardware.
 Drove adherence to PCI standards for a number of key projects.
 Installed and configured all servers, issued on-point IT support, and reported/monitored operational status of LAN/WAN.
 Reviewed daily maintenance through system, anti-malware, server, and other logs to ensure continued infrastructure operation.
