• Optimizing logistic resources & administrative procedures, ensuring reliable controls of inventory levels by conducting physical
counts; reconciling stock monthly and monitoring stock movements between logical warehouses
• Managed a warehouse of 13, 000 SQM
• Responsible for 3PL Operational activities - inventory control, inbound flow leading to put away, storage, retrieval, order
management, Outbound order management & dispatch.
• Managed an annual budget of US$ 5M: Achieved financial objectives by preparing annual budget, operational expense control,
analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
• Safeguarding warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
• Constantly planning warehouse resources and activities ensuring to meet company objectives and target.

• Responsible for managing EMS logistics team comprising of Assistant Logistics Managers, Stock Inventory Controllers, Imports,
Exports team & Logistics executives.
• Operational & distribution management of 3PL vendors DHL Global Freight, DHL Express, Empost, Aramex & Allied Transport),
ensuring customers received best in class service.
• Responsible for operational management of 7 warehouse across UAE, Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait & Qatar. Total warehouse size
managed is 5, 200 sq. meters.
• Responsible for telco partner distribution of smart phones, Business Enterprise Servers & other Value-added services to their
corporate customers. Also responsible for managing Key Retail partner distribution.
• Successfully setup & Implemented EMS Retail Van distribution network to serve over 500 + Independent Retailers.
• Managed implementation of large, complex customer projects on a regional and national scale against pre-agreed SLA and budget.
• Negotiated and procured materials required to meet project and logistic solution.
• Managed logistics P&L and HSSE.
