Leading a dynamic team of professionals, to launch a subdivision of an existing real estate company, in the operational field of Facilities Management.
Implemented SOP, SLA, KPI’s and asset management of existing client’s properties, ensuring a smooth communication line, between client and sub-contractors on planned and unplanned maintenance, also to project plan any builds that were outside of the scope of the existing contract. Development for this new subdivision was critical, and we had to think outside the box, to offer a service never seen in Qatar, especially in the Residential and Business office sectors so we implemented a Boutique FM and Villa complex single solution service, offering a very high standard of Hard and Soft service levels with our own staff and pre-selected contractors.
Tasked to oversee an extensive portfolio of High End Residential and Educational properties across Qatar, ensuring the service contract levels were met within Soft and Hard services provided, either with the existing Maintenance Department or Approved Sub Contractors.
Implemented a new CMMS system into the company to achieve a more accurate and streamlined Maintenance operation across the portfolio, which consisted of full Building Asset Listing, Critical Material Listing, Annual Pre Planned Maintenance Schedule, Contractor AMC Schedules, Client SLA, SOP, Team Training of CMMS.
The above system in place improved SLA, Purchase and Material Accountability, and KPI by 47% also ensured the company met ISO certification which they achieved.

This Exclusive compound of 203 Villas, spread over a 12-acre site, was mainly made up of Expat Tenants where interaction was key to ensuring the in-house services and facilities met their expectations.
Key factors, to ensure the running of this exclusive compound, was to interact with the client daily, as at the time I took over the compound, it was only 23% occupied, and most of the villas required refurbishment. All refurbishment was quoted to the client, approved by the client, and a schedule of works put into place with project milestones with villa handover dates agreed by the client.
Works were completed within the project parameters and the occupancy level over the year, went from 23% to 100% with a waiting list of 75 possible expat tenants.
