 Sourcing candidates, posting advertisements in the various newspapers, websites and in the social media.
 Screening candidates CVs, doing initial interviews.
 Closing positions as its planned and budgeted also coordinating with the finance department about the manpower expenses reports.
 Preparing the job offers, employee contract.
 Following-up with the overseas agencies about our staff joining dates, the status of our staff documentation.
 Keeping record for the received CVs and segregating it according to the positions applied for.
 Coordinating with the local suppliers about the light manpower requirements (Cleaners - Labours-Office boys).
 Involved in preparing the yearly manpower plans and updating the management with the latest status of the manpower mobilization.

*Payroll
 Preparing monthly payroll list (staff salary)
 Preparing salary Transfer letters and the USB then submit it to the NBK bank.
 Calculating monthly Incentive / bounce.
 Keeping daily / Weekly / monthly staff attendance.
 Opening new bank account for the staff.
 Answering the staff inquiry regarding their salary issues and printing pay slips.
 Preparing settlements (final (Termination-Resignation) - leave (Annual - leave encashment-maternity-Hajj).
 Updating daily payroll transactions (Absence-sick leaves - permissions - Mobile bills deduction)
 Preparing business Trip Allowance vouchers.
 Preparing and submission of weekly and monthly reports regarding HR & Admin, manpower expense to the management.

*Administration
 Transaction of all administration works such as residency transfer - residency renewal - cancel - visit visa - work visa - following up the license - Others tasks.
 Handling the Department petty cash and keeping record for its distribution.
 Following-up the license yearly renewal.
 Following-up with the company representatives (Mandoops) about our governmental issues (Foreign affairs - Immigration - Traffic Department) and updating the management accordingly.
 Taking care of the company assets and keeping record for it (Mobile - Sim Card - laptop - cars)
 Taking care of the company accommodation and transportation.

* HR Support
 Dealing with the travel agencies in regards to the staff ticket booking.
 Doing Hotel Booking for the company guests.
 Transaction of Salary Certificate - To Whom It May
 Concern - continuation - Experience.
 Drafting HR formats.
 Maintaining and arranging personal files.
 Handling Dept. stationary and dealing with the various suppliers.
