Responsible for the execution of Performance Management Process
Partner with business on workforce planning, talent assessment and succession planning
Provide support including salary planning, approval of salary actions and promotions. Provide constructive feedback to line managers and employees to enhance performance
Roll out of satisfaction surveys to assess and engage talent. Champion strategies to improve satisfaction scores to drive retention
Provide metrics to aid team performance and organizational goals
Champion and comply with Global Operating Procedures to ensure consistency across geographies
Team management
