Preparation of Project Schedule as per implementation plan for the on-going projects; closing open issues with vendors, customers and the project site, in coordination with Project Managers
Project Coordination, which includes floating enquiries, follow-up on vendors for bids queries and technical updates/clarifications, bid analysis, preparation of tender documents, contract notes etc.,
Secretarial assistance required by the GM - Procurement including screening calls and emails, scheduling meetings, managing GM’s Office.
Administrative support required for the whole Department.
Independently handling Correspondence with Customers and Suppliers, whenever required.
Maintaining Customer & Supplier database.
Preparation of Presentations required by the Superiors / GM.
Coordinate for Travel / Hotel Bookings for the GM and Overseas Project Coordinators.
Secretarial assistance as required by the Senior General Manager including screening calls and emails, scheduling meetings, etc.,

Maintenance of Attendance of all employees and coordinate with Accounts for processing Employee’s monthly payroll
Coordinate for supplier payments as and when due

Coordinate for various food festivals and troupes to be organized from time to time.
