- Maintain and review the region Standard Operating Procedures for the Wellbore Positioning as per BHOS.
- Conduct Audits (Well planning, Collision Avoidance and MWD survey service delivery) of district operations within MEAP ( Middle East Asia Pacific) Region, Egypt, Qatar, Kuwait, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Sakhalin, Pakistan, Dubai, Bahrain, Saudi, AbuDhabi, Oman, Pakistan, IRAQ.
- Follow up with Audits on the action item closure by utilizing the QMT Tool.
- Conduct training/technical briefings to INTEQ personnel and Clients within MEAP ( Middle East Asia Pacific) Region
- Wellbore Positioning Roll out conducted in Middle East Locations.
- HSE involvement and compliance especially with regards to Collision Avoidance situations - Exemption Documents whenever required by keeping in line with the Wellbore Positioning Policies and Procedures.
- Monitor Quality Check Survey data in designated districts in MEAP (Middle East Asia Pacific) Region
- Actively liaise with districts in MEAP (Middle East Asia Pacific) Region and help in troubleshooting issues with regards to Wellbore Positioning.
- Maintaining the Problem Tracking Database. Assist in data investigation
- Assessing the MWD Academy - Surveying and DD Academy - WellArchitect Course
- Create Sales and Marketing Material, Plaques, Posters, Brochures, Hand outs and Presentations
- Review First Alerts, BHOS, Qmanage, QMT Tool for technical content
- Review Technical Alerts and provide a summary and recommended course of action
- Manage introduction of Well Planning software. Ensure field images are updated and oversee upgrade servers and issue of updated field computers by operations
- Assist in tendering needs for wellbore positioning and SurManS (Survey Management Services)

Plan
1. Review the Customer Policy and Operating Procedures if any- Client Preferences.
2. Enter the definitive plan into the database
3. Re-run clearance scans for collision purposes
4. Create Traveling Cylinder Plots if required - collision risk if any.
5. Review Survey Program
6. Releasing Reference Parameters to the Rig site
7. Check DI, Sag, RTCtrl set up prior to the run.
8. Provide solutions for technical issues within districts.
Execute
1. Reprocess the data as per services. ( Dual Inc, Way point, IFR1)
2. QA/QC of survey data.
3. Maintain the well log.
4. Store emails in the server.
5. Maintain WA database.
Post Well Analysis
1. Capture lessons learnt, problem tracking.
2. Release the Final Definitive SurManS Survey.

Drilling Engineering
Well Panning, Anti-collision (Traveling Cylinders, Slot Map, Spider Plot), Torque and Drag, Hydraulics, BHA Tendency. (Using the Drilling Office 4.0 Software)
Database Management
Executed files from the field get updated in an organized manner on to the Drilling Engineering Center Server. Ensuring surveys as well as BHA’s are updated onto the database accurately in a timely manner. Collects and collates information to monitor performance indicators (KPI), to measure the quality and cost effectiveness of, and benchmark drilling performance.
Survey Management
Ensure that all wells drilled (Definitive Surveys) are updated in the database with proper tool codes. MWD Survey Quality Check from the field on a daily basis. Running DMag online to check if the Surveys fall within FAC or else to acquire the D-Mag corrected survey. Survey Comparisons for all wells accurately prepared and need to be signed off by the Client at the end of the job.
Drilling Dynamics
Monitoring Shock and Vibrations, Dog Leg Severity, Estimated Drill string Interference. Preparation of Well pack folders, End Of Well Reports as well as Wall Plots for the wells being drilled.
Risk TRAK
Input into Risk TRAK a database system containing all risks, events, lessons learnt, good practices, near misses, associated with all wells.
Tenders
Actively participate in the Compilation of Tenders especially with regards to the Technical Aspect.
Damage Beyond Repair (DBR)
Tracking of tools against the DBR cases and coordinating with the FSM and SDM in order to recharge to the Clients.
Installation of Drilling Engineering Software Drilling Office.
Updating the DD’s laptops with the latest version of Drilling Office Software along with the latest updated database file prior to the job.

Keep track of physical tool movements and ensure that the field receives the shipment file. Transfer (export/import) tool history files for tools on loan to other location or permanently transferred. Keep track of junk or LIH assets.
System Administration
Keep track of and implement version updates. Ensure that engineers are using latest relevant BRS templates.Backup database for RMS (daily, weekly and monthly)
Repair & Compact for RMS (weekly or as required) Administrate user accounts and access permissions in RMS. Train new users on basic RMS use.
