• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, networks, etc
• Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Experience of Application Tracking System
• Experience with managing bulk recruitment and ability to manage multiple work streams and deadlines with different client and in-house recruitment
• Responsible for supporting the recruitment life cycle of permanent, temporary and contractor recruitment in a continuously growing business.
• Attending recruitment briefings with hiring client manager/HR.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the clients
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Experience of direct sourcing tools (such as LinkedIn, Naukri gulf, Indeed, Oil n gas, facebook, )
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Continuous improvement mindset and time management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
