• Preparation of the credit proposals and memos for clients in accordance with the bank's polices and regulatory framework.
• Analyses the client’s financial statements to assess the credit risk for the client and ensure that the credit quality of the portfolio is not compromised.
• Meets potential new clients and spends substantial time on new business development.
• Monitors financial health of the clients.
• Analyzes and target opportunities to increase share of wallet.

Market and sell a full range of financial services rendered by the bank to a different and wide range of client which includes cash management, investment, trade, treasury, investment, insurance, loan and etc to cater for business segment.
• Achieving the bank budget through acquiring new accounts, growing and maintaining assigned portfolio of business customers.
• Maintain and build a portfolio of clients with a balance on risk and business.
• Business development among corporate clients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Manage all kind of communication and interactions with corporate clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Carry out performance, development and competency appraisals of immediate staff in accordance with prescribed policies and procedures and time scales adopted by the bank.
