As a procurement lead in the organization, I had many valuable experiences and learned many lessons in my profession over the entire era.
I have 6.5 years of expertise in procurement and supply chain management, focusing on industrial primary and secondary infrastructure and housing construction projects for Saudi Arabia's top clients such as SABIC and RC.
When I was the team leader, I used to inspire, assist, and collaborate with my team in routine tasks like acquiring materials and awarding subcontracts, vendor analysis, negotiations, competitive sourcing, regular follow-ups, and contract and order fulfillment to ensure that we were adding value to the organization, satisfying the clients, and both my team and I were learning valuable lessons for our professional development.
At the present time, I am preparing for the Exams and I am confident that I can crack it well this year.
I did complete the course on Project Control Management System Primavera P6 software to make the plan, Schedule, report the progress, and achieve the target by implementing, monitoring, Coordinating, and executing the Project Plans to meet the schedules as per different levels of Schedules by using the Primavera P6 software.
