 Review the documents and ensure that all data required for pricing are available in the documents.
 Prepare tender queries for missing information/drawing or any contradiction between the documents.
 Send enquiries to the specified/non-specified suppliers for materials & equipment.
 Receive quotation from various suppliers.
 Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements such as capacity, quantity, specifications, deviations etc. Make comparative analysis of all the quantity & use the optimum solution.
 Arrange to get the quantity take-off from the drawings through the Assistant Estimators.
 Prepare a costing for the works, highlighting the major equipment / material.
 Discuss the costing with the Estimation Manager.
 Prepare the BOQ for final submission to the Client.
 Prepare Cost Estimation, Value Engineering Proposals, Post Tender clarifications
 Keep a close watch on the proceedings through supplier relationship.

• Study and analysis the design, drawings, specifications and necessary tender documents for the assigned Tender
• Preparation of enquires and floating the same to the specified suppliers / manufacturers.
• Raise a necessary queries to fulfill the system to review with Sr. Estimator.
• Follow up the supplier and to response their Queries to obtain quotation in the proper time.
• Obtaining quotation / proposals and reviewing the same to produce the cost effective Offer.
• Co-Ordination with other MEP sections. And give the necessary guidance’s to the Draftsmen & Quantity surveyors working under tender dept.
• Prepare Cost Estimation, Value Engineering Proposals, Post Tender clarifications.
• Prepare the costing & BOQ Sheets as per the Drawings, Specification and Tender Documents.
• Preparation of Heat Load calculations for Design-Built Projects.

• Duct Design following the SMACNA standards, selection of grills and diffusers, GI sheet, quality and gauges, Hangers and supports. Selection of sound attenuators VAV--s and other duct accessories
• Preparation of Design drawings, Shop drawings and Co-ordination drawings as per consultant--s approval
• Selection of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Exhaust fans, Blowers, Pumps and other accessories along with standard connections
• Calculation of Static pressure for blowers, pump head and Quantity take-off
• Monitored projects and ensured its proper execution
• Prepared the submittals required for the materials and ensured that they were in compliance with the specifications
• Inspected the material and escalated all issues to the consultants
• Co-ordinate with other Engineering disciplines in all aspects during the development of works to ensure the confirmative of the design with the requirements
• Air balancing and Water balancing, installation, testing and commissioning of Equipment’s as per Manufacturers requirements.
• Scheduled the project and performed monthly audits and ensured that the project timeline was maintained
