- ZAWARIQ INDUSTRIES is a recently established business that comes from a prestigious family of multigenerational boat building artisans. The KAYELLO brand has a long history of innovation and industry leadership in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
- Significant societal and economic transformations in Saudi Arabia are a result of Vision 2030. The Saudi market is being pushed to adopt new market and industry paradigms by leisure and tourism. ZAWARIQ Industries hopes to contribute significantly to the upcoming national transformation.
- As a board member of a family-owned corporation, I began to actively participate in ongoing corporate restructuring and reorganization. The tremendous shifts the Saudi market is going through have given our multigenerational craft new chances. In the 2020s, Kayello will celebrate its 100th year as a pioneer and innovator in boat design, manufacture, and the use of new materials.

- Participated with the Engineering Design team & international partner (ERS consortium) in business development for solutions and business models for KSA & GCC prospects

- Acted as a deputy General Manager overseeing financials and business negotiations from 2016
- Successfully worked on attracting local financing toward major business expansion in Industrial Waste Management
- Headed the transition team toward the new partnership with Environmental Shield Co.
- Joined GEMS primarily to study and develop the prospect of WEEE e-waste business in Saudi Arabia. Along the way I became involved in the founding of a new line of environmental & waste management business that deals directly with automotive dealerships.
- Part of a specialized team of engineers & business developers that are working toward establishing new lines of businesses and services covering multiple directions in the fields of waste management and environmental care & protection.
- Working as a coordinator between marketing and operations in the field of industrial waste management; covering collection of waste, transportation, and treatment & disposal of waste in accordance with Saudi PME and other national & local regulations.
- Participated with the creation of processes & methodologies for new types of waste treatment and conversion to an alternative energy product.
- Lead efforts to establish relations and expand on existing ones with various government/semi-governmental agencies in relations with petrochemical waste, hazardous waste, pollution control, environmental care & rehabilitation, and sustainability.
- Oversaw & supervised all preparations leading to the annual platinum sponsorship of GEMS in the Gulf Environment and Sustainability Forum (GEF) since 2010 onward, and managing local media coverage and relations.
- Offering various consultations to a number of business starters in the area of technology, training, and entertainment.
- Led the Western region’s marketing and development of corporate solutions for the first ever Arabic interactive TV channel “Tafaol”.
- Experienced in print & satellite media advertising and marketing.
