1. Done my responsibilities as a team leader at UDH.
- Acting team leader only after two months of joining.
- Reporting my team productivity, attendants, and issues directly to the department manager.
- Give new joiners the proper training in our system, policy and how to engage with our members properly.

2. Done my responsibilities as Sr. officer
- Help our members with their approvals, ensuring to communicate with the provider and the company to get approvals the fastest way possible.
- Acting customer services on the ground so our members get all the services and inquiries without calling our call center.
- When needed, refer our members to another hospital either for inpatient or outpatient.
- Give a daily report about member visits and what kind of services were provided to them. as long as, their evaluation of the provider.
