- Basic AVSEC- Aviation Security ( BCAS)
- Practial knowledge of Galileo
- Practial Knowledge of computer application / MS office
- Basic customer service (IndiGo)
- Dangerous Goods Category 9 (For passenger handling )
- Departure Control System (Navitaire- IndiGo)
- Basic Ramp handling -IndiGo
