• Recruiting and interviewing potential applicants on experience, skills, and education
• Contacting international recruitment agencies for the best Investment candidates
• Assisting in drawing up plans for future personnel hiring procedures and goals
• Create and implement effective onboarding & offboarding manuals
• Develop training and development programs
• Create and Manage compensations and rewards system
• Coordinating with different departments for creating recruitments plans and all urgent recruitment requirement
• Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
• Reviewing Travel Management arrangements (New Candidates, New Joiners and Leavers travel arrangements including tickets, hotel stays, meet & greet services and limousine arrangements)
• Work visa renewals and all related cost reports.
• Explaining and providing information on employee benefits and programs.
• Answering employee questions and addressing employee concerns with company
• Reviewing procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
• Representing employer in community and recruiting events
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Provide counseling on policies and procedures and update policies and procedures as required
• Assisting with new departmental projects as per the company’s needs.
• Assist in performance management processes
• Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
• Member of the Wellness Group (Overseeing employees health and safety)
• Member of the Events Team (organizing sports events and company gathering events)
