• Start up two projects for Al Rajhi Bank which are North Ring Road Project which contains "Operation center, Data Center and Cash Center"and Head Quarter Tower.
• Applying Asset Management concept in both projects for Al Rajhi Bank (NRR & HQT)
• Implementing and configuring a CAFM system "FSI".
• Undertake audits of physical assets and compare supplied documentation.
• Monitor and Control the document management system
• Ownership of the FSI system for reporting and programming of PPM`s and reactive tasks through help desk

• Minimizing total Maintenance cost by maximizing Maintenance work force efficiency and productivity through detailed planning and scheduling of work orders. This is performed in conjunction with anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of manpower, parts, and equipment access.
• Recommend solutions that will influence the business to perform at a higher level with less cost (Manpower, plans and materials/critical spare parts with maintenance service coordination)
