• Daily visits to assigned retail stores to maximize awareness and sales of company's products
• Collaborate closely with point of sales team to ensure optimal execution of Planograms
• Ensure all POS material is on place and adapted to store layout
• Update record of every change done in the merchandise display
• Deployment of merchandising material in new & existing stores e.g. IPOS, POSM, and Risers
• Enhancing sales of Intel based laptop by using merchandising technique

• Preparation of Retail Share of Market (RSM) and competition report (Twice in a month)
• Price Map updated report (Weekly)
• Store wise SKU record maintenance
• Train, Motivate and Coach Sale staff to frequently appear in Intel Retail Edge Program (IREP)
• Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
• To present Intel products in an attractive way and to follow up on sales activities to ensure our good looks pay off
• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers
• Conducting Sales Calls through face-to-face meetings with customers daily
• Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
• Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
• Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
• Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
• Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
• Responsible to achieve KPIs e.g. Sales Target Achievement, Extended Warranty and Accessories
• Incremental sales by using up selling techniques
• Educating and registering customers for DG privilege loyalty program
• Monitoring Target vs achievement on daily basis for all parameters

• Manage Territory Sales by achieving Monthly and Quarterly Targets
• Responsible to look after all Trade, HoReCa, Offices and Industries Customers in designated territory
• Permanent Journey Plan development and implementation
• Productivity of daily planned shops to be visited
• Responsible to achieve KPIs e.g. Sales Target Achievement, New Customer Development, Retention Rate etc
• Increasing average sales turnover per customer
• Incremental sales by adding the articles in the customer basket across the departments
• Represent a positive image to the Customers through in-depth understanding of the business, METRO selling skills, and excellent customer service
• Monitoring actual sales target v/s forecast.
• Establish the excellent relation with top customers, through direct contact and regular visit in the allocated territory. Ensure development of top customers in the territory
• Maintaining customer ledger so that smooth transaction can be ensured
• Execution of merchandising activities (POS, POP, Cabinets) and Trade Promotions as per SOP.
