Responsible for developing the design and managing resources to ensure execution of projects within time and budgeted parameters.
Duties:
-Involves in the designing and presentations of the project.
Compiling data for architectural plans, design reports, specifications etc.
-Coordinate all the building services with professionals and specialist.
-Attending project progress meeting.
-Hold responsibility of project management for small scale projects.
-Generate drawings at all the stages of the project cycle - concept, schematic, detail design.
-Prepare tender documents and close out report for the project.
-Respond to RFI’s from contractor and coordinate with client for submitting addendums.
-Providing unambiguous direction to the team member.
Responsible for providing assistance to architects in preparing the architectural drawings and maintaining the reports and documents of the multiple project.
Duties:
-Preparing Detail Project Report.
-Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches.
-Assisting architect in developing drawings at various stages
-Site visit and writing reports on the existing character of the tourist sites, transportation availability and surrounding.
-Propose concept and development action.
-Prepare schematic design of the proposed elements with finishing material.
-Active participation in many architectural design competitions representing the company.
