My responsibility is to understand customer's stated needs and provide SAP IS-U based solutions that would help them achieve their objectives. At the same time, I'm on the look out for solutions and trends that would enable my company meet the expectations of tomorrows customers.

Roles include Project Management and SAP ISU Consulting.

Working for a ISU Implementation project for one of the major Australian Utility company.
Have been involved in this project right from the stage where the client was conducting various workshops with all selected vendors. Was involved in the Blueprint phase of the project when the business processes were defined and Business Process Documents were created. Since then have been part of the build and testing as part of the Solution Integrity Team.

Analyse project requirements, suggest solution designs, develop customer interaction strategy have been some of my primarily responsibilities.

Roles:
BILLING SOLUTION DESIGN & CONFIGURATION
Design, Build & Test Billing Master Data (Schema, Rates, Rate Categories, Rate Types, Line Item Types, Operands, Prices) for multiple divisions & multiple geographies.

BILLING SYSTEM INTEGRATION TEST LEAD
Responsibilities: Plan SAP IS-U Billing Scenarios, write test cases, plan the test cases preparation, plan execution, manage billing test team & provide reports to the management

Print Workbench Developer
- Standard & Collective Invoice Application form enhancement per requirements
- App. form enhancement to improve performance
- App. form enhancements to remove out of balance errors due to incorrect calculations in the form resulted in reducing the number of errors from 500 to less than 100 a day that were manually corrected. This resulted in the better utilization of employees as per their skills.
