consistently, with proper grooming and have personal hygiene.
 Oversee the daily operaƟons of the store by managing schedules, overseeing inventory of stocks,
spot checks, out of stock items should verified especially top selling and ensuring that all
safety/equipment’s in good condiƟon.
 Maintain accurate records and reports like banking reconciliaƟons, posƟng daily statements sales
and no pending supplier invoices, should be submiƩed regularly and processed on Ɵme to avoid
any payment issues.
 Train, evaluate, and moƟvate staff to reach sales incenƟves and customer service goals. Monitor
store performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
 AssisƟng any technical issues on computer or POS to avoid store closure
 Kept store clean, well-maintained, and merchandised to standards, fostering posiƟve shopping
experience for customers.
