Presently working for Scientechnic Abu dhabi UAE , agents of Siemens in Dubai and the northern emirates dealing with Switchgear and Automation products where I am placed in the Automation & Drives Division looking after the business in Abu dhabi, as a Sales & Service Engineer for VACON frequency drives.
VACON is one of the leading manufacturer of Frequency drives in the world . We are the partners of VACON for the Abu Dhabi region.
Providing complete sales and after sales support for variable frequency drives , where in doing installation, programming and commissioning, worked with different critical applications for example (hoisting, material handling, HVAC, PID configuration for water booster pump sets with and without PLC support etc).
Responsibilities
Single handedly developed the market in Abu Dhabi region for VACON drives.
Independently looking after sales, providing quotations, handling customer enquiries, providing customer’s with technical support .
Developed key OEM, Panel builders accounts in the region.
Visiting customers to maintain a good business relation . .
Programming and commissioning of variable frequency drives PLC’s etc, likewise dealing with Panel builders , OEM’s End users etc dealing with critical applications .
Conducting training sessions and other technical work shop for the customers.
complete the scheduled service jobs on time, satisfying the end client with complete product support .
working with one of the top Pump OEM’s in the market, eg KSB, SPP, EDUR, DAVEY etc .
I am a certified VACON Service Engineer
Job Profile -
Worked for Verger et Delporte UAE, a company dealing with switchgear products where I was working in the sales division, as a sales & service engineer, as they were the channel partners of Schneider electric.
The products that we deal with are Telemecanique and Merlin gerin, one of the top brand of switchgear and Automation products in the market world wide.
I was handling the sales & service for frequency drives , soft starters and PLC’s . Complete support in control products ( Telemecanique variable frequency drives, soft starters, PLC’s etc) .
Providing complete sales and after sales support for variable frequency drives, soft starters, where in doing installation, programming and commissioning, worked with different critical applications for example (hoisting, material handling, HVAC with plc support , configuring the PID etc).
Responsibilities
Handling outdoor sales, providing quotations, handling customer enquiries, providing customers with technical support on various products
Visiting customers to maintain a good business relation
Providing customers with after sales support, in case of any need arising.
